I am a health and fitness freak. I run five times a week, work on my muscles 3 times a week, do lots of cardio and circuit training, drink lots of water and eat a healthy diet. However, this was not always so. Ten years ago, I was obese, weighing over 260 pounds. Everyday was a struggle. I remember how I used to hate waking up.
My life has changed. I am now a full time personal trainer, life coach and motivational speaker. I have received my ACE and NASM certifications. I have trained and motivated hundreds of people to overcome their limitations and lead an energetic and healthy life. My aim is to help other people overcome their limitations when it comes to health. I believe that people have the incentive to improve their fitness.
